We work as part of the Digital Transformation Projects. Playing a key role in developing system configuration, form builds, and pathway maintenance to meet the specified requirements of the business. We lead on UAT sessions and business transformation workshops. Creating weekly Project/ Management Meetings in which we help deliver encouraging positive feedback to keep stakeholders engaged and give confidence in the project’s status. We confidently help the migration team testing and mapping all sensitive adult and children social care data from the historic system onto the new system.
