• Leading on mobile working projects, introducing mobile devices and portals engaging customers and online traffic.

• Configure and design new forms to capture reporting requirements.

• Excellent understand of report requirements and statuary reporting

• Knowledge of project working and ability to document work to transition partners into business as usual

• Able to deliver and manage stakeholder’s expectations whilst delivering solutions for business areas

• Managing the Help Desk, and delivering training for users and IT system administration staff members.
